B&B Goodnight Amsterdam

Enjoy beautiful Amsterdam from your own cosy and comfortable apartment on a very central and quiet location. The apartment is for 2 persons. It is fully independent: it has it‘s own access and own private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. This means you will have complete privacy. The small but characteristic apartment is based on the third floor of a typical Amsterdam house (anno 1882).

PRICE:

€ 70,- per night for 2 persons without breakfast, including linen & towels.

Reservation for 1 night additional charge 10 euros. The price is € 80,- per night in high season.

Wifi; free Wireless Internetconnection with your own laptop.
There is a LCD-television and radio.
There is a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a microwave and a waterboiler.
There are two seperate good quality (Pullman) boxspring beds that can easily been placed together.
Towels and bedding are being provided.
24 hour access.
We don't serve breakfast, however coffee and tea are included and there are good places to have breakfast nearby.
It is a non smoking apartment !
No pets and no parties/ noise.
Check-out time 11:30 am, unless there are no new guests expected.
Check-in time possible from 2:00 pm onwards by appointment. However, in many cases it is possible to pick-up the key and stall your luggage at an earlier hour.
We ask you to tranfer half of the total amount in advance on our bank account. And to pay the rest cash upon arrival.
During weekends the minimal reservation is 2 nights. (Fr/ Sat or Sat/Sun)
In relation with steep staircases the apartment is not suitable for small children and disabled people.

Cross one bridge and you walk on the famous Amsterdam canals. The Jordaan with it's cosy boutiques and restaurants and the 'Nine little Streets' are nearby, as well as the Leidsesquare. On walking distance you'll find the Anne Frank House, the Rijksmuseum, the Van Goghmuseum, the Vondelpark and Dam Square.
Furthermore, the apartment is very close to every possible public transport.

We know Amsterdam very well. If you wish we are happy to share our local knowledge about our beautiful city with you, to make sure you will find the nicest restaurants, real Dutch pubs, the art-scene (one of us is an artist painter), the small canals where the tourist-boats don’t go, and the old small villages just outside of Amsterdam. Everything to make your visit to Amsterdam a special experience.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

Would you like to make a reservation? Please check the above calender for availability. If the apartment is still available the next step is to send us an e-mail with the date of arrival and the date of departure. Please be so kind to include your contactdetails (name, address, telephonenumber). We will reply a.s.a.p.

In order to make a reservation we ask you to transfer a 50% deposit to our bankaccount. This is being explained in the e-mail that we will send to you. The rest of the amount you can pay cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: your 50% deposit will be refunded if you cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date. In case you cancel between 13 and 5 days prior to your arrival date it will cost you your 50% deposit. The total amount of your booked reservation will be charged if you cancel within 4 days of your arrival date.
