Enjoy beautiful Amsterdam from your own cosy and comfortable room (we have two rooms in total), on a very central and quiet location. It is for 2 persons.

It has it's own private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. This means you will have complete privacy.
Possibility of a private parking space.

High level of hygiene. Our B&B scoors a 9+ on Booking.com and Airbnb for cleanliness already for 13 years.
We operate according to the RIVM-hygiene rules.

Supermarket is at 150 meter distance only. And TAKE AWAY restaurants for breakfast and dinner around the corner.

The characteristic chamber is based in a typical Amsterdam house (anno 1882). There is a direct bus-connection (397) or (N97 nightbus) from Schiphol Airport. The bus stops 250 meters away from our house only.

PRICE:

Our price per night is depending on high/ low season. Please send us an e-mail so we can give you the exact price for the dates you request. This is the price per night for 2 persons without breakfast, including linen & towels and all fees and taxes.

There is no possibility to cook however there is a pantry with a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a microwave and a waterboiler.
There are two seperate good quality (Pullman) boxspring beds that can easily be placed together.
There is central heating.
Towels and bedding are being provided.

We don't serve breakfast, however coffee and tea are included and there are good places to have breakfast nearby.
It is non smoking.
No pets, no drugs and no parties/ noise.
Check-in time possible from 2 PM onwards. We make an appointment depending on your arrival time at Schiphol Airport or Central Station. We are very flexible. Also in case your arrival time is before 2 PM it is possible to stall your luggage for the time being. You will receive the keys so you can check yourself in any time after 2 PM.
In case you arrive late at night you can check yourself in by using the key from the keysafe hanging outside.
Check-out time 11 AM. In case you have a late departure it is possible to store your luggage after checking out and to pick it up later whenever is convenient for you.
In order to make a reservation a credit card guarantee is required. The total amount can be paid in cash upon arrival.
Due to steep staircases (typical for Amsterdam) it is not suitable for small children, disabled people and people with lesser mobility.

LATE ARRIVAL:

It's no problem in case you have a late flight. There is nightbus (N97) running twice per hour from Schiphol Airport to the busstop at 250 meter from our house only. AND We have a keysafe hanging outside. We will give you instructions how to take the key out of this keysafe. With this key you can check yourself in at any time.

Cross one bridge and you walk on the famous Amsterdam canals. The Jordaan with it's cosy boutiques and restaurants and the 'Nine little Streets' are nearby, as well as the Leidsesquare. On walking distance you'll find the Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Van Goghmuseum, Vondelpark and Dam Square.
Furthermore, our house is very close to every possible public transport.

We know Amsterdam very well and have made an information map especially for our guests with all our personal tips about our beautiful city. So you are sure to find the nicest restaurants, real Dutch pubs, the new hotspots in town, the prettiest canals, and the old small villages just outside of Amsterdam. Please be aware there are renovation activities on the ground floor apartment of the house. Meaning there could be inconvenience and noise disturbance during daytime (7am - 4pm).

Cancellation Policy for direct bookings: in case you cancel within 30 days prior to your arrival date the total amount will be charged.
